Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins. We operate on a fixed-price model — the number quoted is the number you pay, barring unforeseen structural issues discovered during construction.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated timelines for all projects. While we make every effort to meet deadlines, timelines may be affected by material availability, weather, or unforeseen structural issues.
Warranty
All workmanship is guaranteed for one year from project completion. Material warranties vary by manufacturer and will be detailed in your project contract.
Licensing
